REFUNDS

** There are strictly no refunds, no exceptions (yes, even if you have a doctor’s cert!) beyond midnight 6th November 2026. **

Entries cannot be transferred to future events.

Please do not request refunds post 16th November or any transfers to future events
as refusal often offends our unicorns working in customer services.

Entries can be transferred to another runner for this event, same date. You will need to email us and supply the details of the new runner including:

  • Name

  • DOB

  • Gender

  • Mobile

  • Email

  • Address incl Postcode

  • Emergency contacts (name and mobile)

  • Any medicals

  • Any change of wave if running 21km
